General Introduction and Applicability

Applicability of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the rbaiee platform and all its services. By accessing the rbaiee website, creating an account, or using any service, you automatically agree to abide by all these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

rbaiee reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect from the moment they are published on this page. It is your responsibility to visit this page regularly to stay informed about the latest Terms.

Age and Eligibility

The minimum age to participate on the rbaiee platform is 21 (twenty-one) years. Use of this platform is permitted only for those aged 21 or above. At the time of account registration, the user must confirm that they are of legal age and are eligible to participate in such online activities under the laws of their own country.

Minors are not permitted to open an account. rbaiee may at any time request documents or information for identity verification, and reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account if verification is not completed to its satisfaction.

Account Registration and Management

Account Creation

To create an account on rbaiee, the user must provide accurate and complete information. Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in the cancellation of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

  • A real name, date of birth, and contact information must be provided when creating an account.
  • Payment methods registered in the user's name must be used.
  • Use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.
  • It is the user's responsibility to keep the account password confidential and not share it with anyone.

Account Security

Notify the rbaiee support team immediately of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account. The responsibility for maintaining account security rests entirely with the user. rbaiee is not liable for any loss caused by a third party accessing the account due to the user's carelessness or negligence.

rbaiee keeps user information secure using SSL encryption technology. rbaiee regularly monitors account activity to ensure fair play.

Account Closure and Suspension

rbaiee reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account at any time without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms.
  • Detection of fraud, deception, or dishonest activity.
  • Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
  • Violation of applicable law.
  • Failure to provide information or documents requested for verification.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

All transactions on the rbaiee platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
  • Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
  • Withdrawal requests must be made to a method registered in the account holder's name.
  • rbaiee has the right to hold withdrawals if account verification has not been completed.

Fraudulent Transactions

Any form of money laundering, chargeback fraud, or fraudulent transactions is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, rbaiee will immediately close the associated account and forfeit all funds. Information may be handed over to law enforcement agencies if necessary.

Bonuses and Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus and the total balance will be ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 or more will apply the maximum ৳10,000 bonus and the total balance will be ৳32,000.

To withdraw the bonus amount, the wagering requirement must be met. The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. That is, for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered.

  • The bonus may only be claimed once.
  • rbaiee reserves full discretion in awarding bonuses.
  • Bonus terms may change at any time.
  • rbaiee reserves the right to cancel a bonus if fraud or violation of the Terms is suspected.

VIP and Cashback Program

rbaiee's VIP program has 5 tiers. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

  • Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  • Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
  • Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
  • Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

You can advance to higher VIP tiers by playing regularly and staying active on the platform. VIP benefits may be changed at any time at rbaiee's discretion.

Betting and Gaming Rules

Betting Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the rbaiee platform is governed by these Terms and the specific rules of each game. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection, rbaiee's decision regarding the outcome of that bet will be considered final.

  • If a technical error is found in a game result, rbaiee may void the bet.
  • The rules and payout structure of any game are determined by the guidelines of the applicable game provider.
  • Attempting to influence the system using software or any improper means is strictly prohibited.
  • If suspicious betting patterns are detected, rbaiee will initiate an investigation and suspend the account if necessary.

Sports Betting Rules

rbaiee offers betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (FIFA and others), kabaddi, and other sports. The following applies to sports betting:

  • The rules for each event will be displayed on that event's page.
  • If a match is cancelled or postponed, the settlement of that bet will follow rbaiee's policy.
  • For live betting, odds may change at any time — the odds displayed are not final until the bet is confirmed.
  • If match-fixing or any illegal activity is suspected, the bet will be voided and the account suspended.
